He recently took four Hackney council staff on a trip around their own borough.
Graham customises his tours according to what the customers want. For this trip he chose Dalston, Hoxton, Haggerston and London Fields, remembering along the way how he used to watch the undertaker on Dalston Lane building his own coffins and how painful it could be playing football on the old cinder pitch on London Fields.
But he loves the new side of Hackney too – taking in the roof garden above the Arcola Theatre, and the bustling café culture of Hoxton and London Fields. Where would you go?
